Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of product delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it.
The item must be returned in its original packaging.
Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required.
The return request must be raised within the applicable return period.

Products damaged due to misuse, improper handling, accidents, or normal wear and tear may not be eligible for return.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are generally not eligible for return:

Customized or personalized products
Products made specifically on special order
Items damaged after delivery due to customer handling or misuse
Products that are not returned in their original condition or packaging

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If the refund is approved:

The refund will generally be processed within 5–7 business days.
The refund will be issued to the original payment method or through another mutually agreed method, where applicable.
The actual time for the amount to reflect in your account may depend on your bank or payment service provider.

Exchange Policy

We may provide a replacement or exchange in the following situations:

The product was damaged during shipping
The wrong product was delivered
The product has a manufacturing defect

Exchange or replacement requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery, along with clear photographs or videos of the product and packaging where required.

Return Shipping

Customers may be responsible for return shipping charges unless the product was delivered damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Original shipping charges paid during purchase may be non-refundable, unless otherwise required under applicable law or agreed by Lakhdatar.
For eligible damaged, defective, or incorrect products, return shipping arrangements may be provided by Lakhdatar.

Order Cancellation

Orders can generally be cancelled only before dispatch.

Once an order has been dispatched or shipped, cancellation may not be possible. In such cases, the customer may need to follow the applicable return process after delivery.
