5-Year Manufacturing Warranty

All eligible Lakhdatar Furniture products come with a 5-Year Warranty against manufacturing defects.

This warranty covers:

Structural defects caused by manufacturing
Manufacturing defects in steel frames and welded joints
Manufacturing and workmanship-related issues
Structural failure occurring under normal household use

Lifetime Termite & Borer Warranty

Our eligible furniture comes with a Lifetime Warranty against termite and wood-borer infestation, subject to the applicable warranty terms and conditions.

This warranty is designed to protect your furniture against termite and wood-borer-related issues throughout the lifetime of the product.

What Is Not Covered

The warranty does not cover:

Normal wear and tear
Scratches, dents, stains, or accidental damage
Damage caused by misuse or negligence
Damage caused by excessive moisture, water leakage, or flooding
Damage caused by unauthorized modifications or repairs
Damage caused by improper assembly or installation
Normal cosmetic or surface deterioration
Damage resulting from improper or unintended use of the product

How to Claim Warranty

To make a warranty claim, please contact Lakhdatar Furniture Customer Support with your order number/invoice details along with clear photos or videos showing the issue.

Our team will assess the issue and provide an appropriate resolution in accordance with the applicable warranty terms and conditions.
